Warwick Selectboard

Thursday November 12, 2009

7:00 pm

Members present:  Mr. Arguimbau, Ms. Lemon, Mr. Abbott. Staff present:
Mr. Young

The meeting was called and legally posted on Monday Nov. 9, 2009 to fill
the vacancy created by the recent resignation of Ms. Janet Conover from
the Zoning Board of Appeals.

Ms. Lemon moved to accept Ms. Conover's resignation and authorized the
town coordinator to send a letter of thanks for her service to the Town
to Ms Conover. Mr. Abbott seconded. The motion passed unanimously 3 - 0
- 0.

Ms. Lemon moved to appoint Ms. Miryam Williamson alternate ZBA member to
fill the unexpired term. The motion was seconded by Mr. Arguimbau. The
motion passed unanimously by a vote of 3 - 0 - 0.

The meeting's business was concluded.  The board remained in session so
that Mr. Arguimbau and Mr. Abbott could both attend the CDBG community
development strategy and project list hearing which began at 7:15. No
deliberations were held and the Selectboard adjourned at 7:30 pm when
Mr. Arguimbau left to attend the Planning Board meeting.
