I. Call to Order
Chairman Arguimbau called the meeting to order in the Town Hall at noon.
II. Reading of the Minutes of the June 29th Meeting
Reading and acceptance of the minutes of June 29 was deferred to the
July 13, 2009, meeting.
III. Presentations and Discussions
1. Proposals to Paint the Town Hall
Young distributed copies of the four quotations received to board
members and reported the results of his reference checks.
On the basis of this information,
Lemon MOVED to accept the lowest-cost proposal, in the amount of
$7,600.00 submitted by Roumbakis Contracting, Inc of Fitchburg
Massachusetts. Abbott SECONDED.  CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.

Abbott MOVED that Young be authorized to execute a contract between the
Town and Roumbakis Contracting. Lemon SECONDED. CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.
At 12:40 p.m., Chairman Arguimbau declared the meeting adjourned.
